Our People Operations team is looking for a highly-motivated Tech Recruiter (DeFi) that wants to learn and be part of a growing DeFi team. The position will report to the Talent Manager that reports to the Head of P&O.

Our recruiting culture is focused on Quality not Quantity. We understand the sense of urgency and we move fast and in a proactive manner but we never lose quality.- The candidates we hire should be a  fit in both technical and cultural aspects.


  • Write job descriptions for new positions or keep the existing ones updated. 

  • Source potential candidates on traditional but also niche platforms as Twitter.

  • Interview candidates from a people perspective, also considering that technical skills and experience are fundamental for building a qualified team.

  • Coordinate with tech team leaders to set up technical interviews and get their feedback.

  • Agree with the Head of People & Operations on the offer and send it to the candidate.

  • Follow up with the candidates on next steps. Promote a candidate care approach by giving feedback and keeping candidates updated.

  • Assist in onboarding new hires.

  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work. Keep yourself updated on what is happening in the company and the Crypto space.

  • Follow up and track recruiting KPIs.


  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.

  • Experience taking interviews with focus on the Tech industry.

  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.

  • Understanding of technical positions.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bamboo).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly motivated and passionate person. Energy is very important for this role!

  • Understanding of blockchain technology is mandatory.

  • Previous experience in DeFi :)  - Nice to have!
